This eclectic-boho shoot boasted with warmth; the warmth of the color palette, the warmth of the air, the warmth of smooth bourbon. Accents of tangerine and cactus were a nod to the heat of summer, while touches of mahogany and scarlet brought notes of cozy autumn days.

Newly-engaged couple, Isaac and Darrell, lingered by the fountain; catching it’s cool mist carried by the breeze. They shared drinks and stories, talking of where they had met and how their paths had crossed, leading them to where they are now: together.

This shoot took place at the A-Vent Space, a new companion structure to the already existing Chateau Avalon hotel. Built of steel and glass, and accompanied by the Beaumont Fountain, the largest in Kansas City (“The City of Fountains”), the A-Vent Space is tucked away in northern Kansas City.
